Budget appropriate allowances will be established for details not yet finalized and a final proposal price will be listed. We strongly encourage our clients to review this document in detail and to be comfortable reaching out to clarify any details they may need additional information on.
After a preliminary agreement on the proposal, we will discuss any open items and work to finalize all necessary project details and allowance amounts to establish a final contract price. A final agreement will be executed upon finalization of relevant details.
Once an agreement is executed, we can begin selecting the products and materials that will bring life to the project. We prioritize collaboration with our vendors and designers to ensure that the finish materials not only meet your design goals but also align with the budgeted allowance amounts noted within the agreement. This collaborative process allows us to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes while maintaining cost-efficiency and transparency throughout the project. Prior to work commencing, we provide a detailed schedule that can be viewed on Jobtread at any time. This schedule outlines critical construction milestone dates for the project. During construction, you can expect daily updates, clean work areas, and a respectful approach. It is your home, and we are your guests.
