Earning our client’s trust doesn’t end at the ribbon-cutting. We stand behind our work and will continue to provide service beyond the sale.
Prior to project completion, Paradigm will facilitate a thorough “punch list” walk-through to note any relative project deficiencies. All deficiencies will be remedied prior to project closeout. At project closeout, a Project Manual will be delivered to the team. From maintenance information to as-built drawings, the manual will be a comprehensive reference for the project.
At the appropriate time, Paradigm will assist our trade partners with training on how to operate and maintain the major equipment. Regular scheduled maintenance will be explained in detail and we can assist in establishing appropriate maintenance procedures. Equipment warranties are directly transferred to the building owner and are based on the manufacturer’s specifications. Paradigm’s standard labor warranty remains for a period of one year from Substantial Completion
